i went to the apexi website and i looked up for a 96 civic and started hooking up the safc... and it will not turn on...i used a voltometer and it has no signal for the "supposed to be power wire on the ecu" does anyone have any good diagrams i could use ive been looking around on 2 different forums..i cant find anything except for different motors

 

the diagram i used was from the apexi site and i have a 99 ex, can't remember what diagram i used because it was so long ago but it is there.
