Man, I was WAY off on the spelling.
I read an article where a guy couldn't stand his steroid injections. They hurt too bad and couldn't understand how anyone could do it. As soon as the needle went into the sphincter it tightented up and produced and unbearable pain. Idiot.
That's how I learned what that word meant.
