Default d16z6 in a 97 teg, what shift linkage should I use?

i'm putting a z6 in my teg to get it on the road. I dont really want to hear any crap about that swap. I got the motor in, but the del sol shift linkage seems to long. Anyone got any ideas? does the linkage match the car or the tranny? which one should i get?

does anyone remeber the name of that guy that did this swap?

if integra linkage went right into my SI with a b series, then i would imagine that civic d series linkage would go right into the integra.

Try any 92-95 civic linkage. or just shorten whatever you have to fit.

i heard that 92-95 hatchs are the same chassis size. can anyone verify that? i could make it shorter, but how do I setup for the cuts.. i dont want to screw it up.

Hatch, Coupe or Sedan should be the same.

my only verification is that i took integra linkage when i did my swap and it lined right up, so they'd have to be same length. I would say most likely they should fit right in.

Yes.

I thought that you needed Teg linkage to put a B-series in civic. This is only what I thought, but if if **** is dropping linkage into a civic from a Teg, then my idea goes out the window.

The thing about the Del Sol is right though. Weird lengths. The Coupe/Hatch/Sedan should all be the same.

I just finished doing this swap on a 95 teg. We put in a Z6 and we used an EG coupe snhift linkage.

bloted rigth up.

the only reall problem your gonna run into is the a pipe to the cat. the cats flange bolts are not the same as the D series A pipe. the bolts ar positioned . instead of the bolts holes being like this / ...they are like this \

cuttign and welding should fix this.
