Need info on telling if trans is lsd...

Like the post says.I just came up on a 1st gen b16 trans and i'm curious to find out if it's lsd or not.Anyone kno what to look for?

Look inside where the axles go. If you see a bar it's not LSD. If you see right through it then it is LSD.

Is that the same for D series? As in D15B factory LSD tranny?

I'm pretty sure that goes for all factory Honda LSD trannies.

Let's see,

D16Y8 automatic - burnout spins both wheels
D16Y8 automatic turbo - burnout spins both wheels
B18C - burnout spins both wheels
B18C turbo - burnout spins both wheels
D15B turbo - burnout spins both wheels
D15B - burnout spins both wheels
87 Tercel - burnout spins both wheels
88 Prelude - burnout spins both wheels
87 Accord - burnout spins both wheels

All these on non-lsd trannies. Doesn't really say much does it?
