i noticed this picture on hmt pictures, it really gave me some ideas...


i've been wanting to ditch the civic and turbo my 4 door integra, but didnt wanna go to all the extra costs of new manifold, etc... how much fabrication is involved in making the hf mani mate to a b18? are d and b-series exhaust flanges the same? i searched but couldn't find any info on the topic

 

its not a B18 LS.. its a ZC

and its not worth the trouble to make a D-series head flange try to fit a B.. the ports are not the same distance apart, the bolt patterns are also off.

No the pattern is way off and the port alignment is even more off once you get it on.


Log manifolds are cheap these days

 

thats what i thought, but i forgot bout the dohc zc and immediately thought oh ---- b18a1 they got it to fit.
yea if i end up doing that i'll just make my own. right now dont have time to though b/c of classes.

Dose that HF manifold have a 60mm WG? :P

 

60mm at the mani, and 22 at the wastegate flange! its ready for 400+whp
