Default plug checkn'

My truck had a little studder at light throttle. I just got it, so I figured a new cap/rotor/plugs were in order. $30 well spent.

Here were the plugs. They are 1-8 from left to right. We got some coolant issues in cylinder #1. A new HG may be in order. I have some heads that I am P&Ping right now. Not for performance, just that the ones on there are so old and tired. I will get that HG in there then.

Not really a great thread, just thought I would throw it out there.

We were joking about that. The motor is 8 cylinders and one o2 sensor in the right header. No way to know what the left hand is doing. :P cylinder 1 is wet and cylinder 8 is running all rich.

It runs better with the tune-up, still needs a little help though. I think that I need a valve adjustment, or just have too much ---- built up on the seats.

I will pull teh plugs some time soon. I have no way of knowing how long the other plugs were in or anything.

Saying they are 1-8 in order doesn't tell too terribly much... different OEMs number their V-engine cyls differently.

You should also show a better picture of the ground strap on the plug, as well as a good pic of the ceramic and center electrode. Might be more going on here than a little coolant or running rich.
