Default Does it matter, PM6 or PM7 ??

hi,

I have a pretty simple question, but cant really find a good solid answer to it.
I have a 1990 crx with a D16Z5 engine (EDM car). it has a PM7 ecu in it. Now here is the thing. I want to keep the original ECU unharmed and want to use another ECU to run turbo-edit. I also have a PM6 ECU (from a 1990 Civic). Can i just as well use this PM6 ecu or should i really look for another PM7? what are the differences ?

you can use the pm6
