Dude, the blow off valve only goes off when you shift gears. What you're looking for is an intercom off an ice cream truck. When I was 7 those always got my attention.

Well occasionly when im really putin the screws to ur mom ( i usually dont wanna spend the money on the redbulls to work up the energy to move her *** around real good n' rough) and i pull out for the "victory splooge" she kinda makes the queif/blow off sound. so i guess just lemme ---- ur mom in the back of ur car for t3h w1n y0
