help! need a complete walkthrough of how to tune

i need someone to link me to a page where they have a complete walkthrough for tuning a car using turboEDIT or Chrome. i already searched all over pgmfi.com couldn't find a walkthrough. i found a lot of good info, but i don't know what im doing when it comes to actually getting out and tuning my car.

oh i also need to know which program is the easiest to use for a beginner. easiest to tune, to datalog, and to overall understand. any help would be really appreciated. i was looking at uberdata and reading the link above, which uberdata should i go with? 1.6 or 1.7?

There is no program that is easier for a beginner, maybe Crome because it's prettier.

Uberdata=Free datalogging
Crome=Pay for datalogging

That is all.

ok so its going to be uberdata. i found a couple of wideband o2 sensors that support datalogging for around $150-200j. is this about right, or can i find one for cheaper elsewhere?
