Default turboedit O2 Question

Well Here in Lincoln Nebraska the weather changes a ---- ton and on my crx I have turboedit without the O2 sensor and I was wondering if anybody have found a way to have 12:1 AF while in boost and 14:1 while not in boost with an O2 sensor. And also does the program still change the values even without an O2.
