The Urge concept car has a bright yellow interior and steering wheel and pedals that double as controls for the gaming system.

That's just a "look what our company is capable of doing type of concepts" not going to be built ever.
But the reality of things is that there's more and more kids wanting cars like that, so it might happen someday
