I thought they take 3% on fees? I just sold my cams to a guy inBrazil and told him to add 3% for fee and they charged me 4.16%. isnt this like false advertisement or some ----? I know its going against the TOS, right?

 

the fee scale varies depending on the amount, haven't you read the fee schedules?

paypal doesn't do anything that isn't pre-determined or part of their exact policies, don't blame them, they've covered their ***.

LOL dude, i sold a guitar and an amp on paypal. and i got FUCKED. first off egay's fucked up shipping calculator charged them like half of what it actualy cost me to ship the ---- (it was like 211 to ship it it charged 112?, and i shiped it with the exact same method) Both of these ******** paid with credit cards. the amp took like 30 bucks in paypal fees, the guitar took 38 in paypal fees. 60 ------- dollars in paypal fees. so i got screwed out of 200 bucks. ---- ebays jewish ***.

 

Customer should pay for the paypal fee, send a money order if they wont

 

The amount sent was $211.15. Paypal charged $8.53 which left him with $202.62

 

Yeah that should've been about $6.42 in fees, I would put in a trouble ticket or call customer service. Chances are they will fix it.

 

yea it was gay. I told him to send me 211.15 since 3% of 205 would bring it to that amount. then they charged more than they said they would.....

 

I got ripped on payapal not to long ago. I told the ****** I wanted $45 for the item (a wire harness) and the bitch sends me $40 then after nagging him for the other $5 he files a dispute sayin i didnt ship the item. I tried to go against his word, so i finally just give up and said ---- it. So I shipped it with the tracking number that paypal asked me for. I give it to them, but because I shipped it priority, it should take no less than 10 days right? well right....usps, from okinawa japan, to southern florida...yeah. thats gonna take a little longer than 10 days. so they locked my ----. I called and bitched them out...got things my way.
