Hmt chat permanently out of commision?

long story short...

wiggymaster onthe server was being lame and sending p2p's to everyone about some bs
jeff changes topic to something about him being gay
so he banns everyones ip and closes the channel.

its not like they're arnt other empty irc channels that we can occupy. we wont have mod powers, but they cant hold us down
