your question is very generalized and not answerable.

typically on a high compression setup, you're going to want to shy away from smaller turbos that will create more heat.

 

i got a t3/t4 .63/.60 60 trim turbo

 

well, b16's run like 10.2:1 ish and a b18c5 runs like 11:1, and ive seen ITR's do right in the range of 300whp, and you've got a good sized turbo for the application really, so I would wager that you could make a decent 300 if you do it right and got right proper tuning going on.

but buy some pistons and rods for after you blow it, cause you will.

depends on how your bottom is built... safe is relative 6-8. im sure you engine can handle more.
