Ok, so i'm new on this website. a friend of mine told me to join here and said that u guys could steer me the right way. so right now i have a 86' trans am, but i'm looking to get an import. I'm looking for something thats cheap like around $2000 and that can be modified to be fast. Any suggestions?

you should just boost the trans am. itd be way faster

 

i want to get rid of the trans am cuz its automatic and i want stick. plus i want something thats gets better mpg instead of my V8

The autos in those cars are hella strong though. Where you from? I know a buddy with a muncie 4 speed, he could sell it to you.

And after you turbo you'll get better MPG.
