Anywho I had to slam on my breaks for a redlight. The guy in a Chevy truck behind me hit me going about 45-50ish and threw me accross the intersection I stopped for. It me so hard when the seat belt threw me back into my seat it broke the seat lockers(the ones that hold it up right) and belt it to the side. I hope to God its not totalled out. Otherwise I get a new paint job and get rid of that spoiler(like I tried to do by myself)! Both of which I need an wanted. Funny I got home and ordered more car parts <_< :P Luckly nobody was hurt. Also the witness blamed it all on the other guy. Said I was at a full stop and the guy just slammed into me like 3-4 seconds later. Plus in Alabama hitting somebody from behind makes it your fault, no matter the case.

not to be like a sis or anything, but you should check your neck out.

whiplash can suck later. i got rearended and i was ------ sore for a week and when i lay down i get the same pains. nothing major, but i never had them before. more of an annoyance.. and insurance companies do pay for it.

don't try to screw someone out of money, but you do have the right to be reimbursed for any damages

Sorry to hear that.Claim whiplash sue him and hopefully this will turn into a great oppurtunity to get some free bodywork and cash.

 

I'm not about to exploit this guy. I just want it fixed and painted without the wing on it. Thats it.

 

its not exploiting man, I got hit in my first stock silver crx, tboned, I felt ------- fine at the scene, just winded, 2 weeks later my back was ------- KILLING!!! ofcourse I had already gotten my whopping $1200 from insurnce and couldnt do ----

Definetely go see a doctor, it put on paper that you were feeling pain, makes sure your alright, milk it a bit, its not like its ocming out of his pocket, you were rearended, spoil yourself jut a little bit

 

Depending on how I feel when I wake up tomorrow I'll probably see a doctor. Skip out on work too 8 )

 

about the doctor thing.. just check yourself. have someone press on your shoulders to see if you feel any pain, and within the week see if there is any swollen or discolored muscles around your neck

milking the insurance raises rates for everyone

being honest and having the insurance pay for a injury also raises rates too
