ok, i have a p06 ecu that i am putting in a 99 civic. i got the obd2b harness and i get the idle surge. so, i searched and found that i need to do the iacv wire change thing. when it says to move the wires on the ecu plug, is that the orignal in the car? on the new harness? i have no idea...please help..

 

this is also a non vtek 5 spd..

 

What writeup are you going by to do the conversion. They probably gavfe you a diagram and the pinouts for the factory harnedss, not the jumper.

i went by this. i went out and i took the b6 from the car harness and put it in the b23 spot. that made the car idle worse, it really jumped up..

 

You also need a 2 wire IAC valve. So you need to swap to a Y8 intake manifold with a 2 wire IAC.

 

i have the y8 mani on. but on my tb it has it on it. i have seen people on here say they got it to work, but i could not find how they did it.

 

I have never found anyone that got it to work. Good luck.
