I have a mitsubishi TEO4H turbo charger, a hf manifold and two custom fabricated flanges for the manifold to go to my turbo. My question is it safe for a civic dx 92 stock? I don't plan on changing fuel injectors. Is there a way to use an ecu chip instead of buying a fmu?
