can i port/bore out my turbo outlet? useless?

i have a rebuilt 85 svo turbo w/ .48/.60 housings. my .60 cold side outlet is very small in diameter. i was wondering if i can port that out, and will it make a difference? is it pointless to bore it out?

you can port it, but there is really no point. you can't get much metal off the ----------er.

well, i can take a bit off, but i was wondering if ill see any performance gains mostly.
