Default i've searched and I still have a Timing question

Hey guys, as some of you may have read I finally got my car running the other day but I have a question.

when tuning with Uber, do I leave my base timing at stock or do I need to adjust it?

Anyone want to answer this for me?

Ben

Whatever is in this part of your low-speed ign map, is what you physically set your dizzy to at idle.

I personally like to make a nice large chunk of whatever timing Id like it to idle at, 16* in this pic.
IMHO, the stock 'window' for idle timing is usually to small on most cars that have been modified with a mix of diff. IM, IACV's, and TB's running on whatever ECU you chose to run. IE, theres a good chance your idle isnt dead nuts on or below 750.
As always, make sure the car is fully warmed before you set the timing.

HTH,
Dave
