Default how do you install a VAFC if you got no v-tech?

i got a civ coupe d15b7 turbo'd with t-25 and 12:1 FMU on it and a first gen eclipse BOV, and i need some help with my fuel, cus when my car is about warm and my needle is about half way to the normal operating temp and i boost, it feels alot stronger than when my car is at norm. operating temp. i think its cus at cooler temps my fuel will normally shoot in more fuel, and when my car is warm it'll shoot the normal amount into there as if N/a, so if i get a vafc or a safc can i manually tune how much fuel my car will be shootin?? and is it hard to install??

vtech also makes these 'notebooks'. you could use it to tune your ecu, do whatever with your w02,. or just play hangman and scrabble with it
