haha, I had 2 perfect auto tranny's. One out of my car, and one out of Cray's after 5 speed swaps. They were just sitting around, so I called the junk yard to see if they wanted me to bring them by. "Sure, we'll take em". I asked if I could get a free admission (2 fucken dollars worth) for both of them and "No, I can't do that". hahahaha

I took them to a transmission shop and they gladly took them for free.

Anyway, that's my story. I hope for $200 shipped you find one for $5, cause they are heavier than a fucken bitch. You'll need most of the $200 for shipping. lol. But they seem to go for super cheap on ebay.

still need? i have a ex tranny out of a 6th gen, mine with 70k on it worked great, im in southwest michigan could meet somewhere or somethin.

 

Yep still lookin, i'm tryin to find out if I can use the the EK trans on the EG. If so you've got a deal!

 

I got one. 94 ex just over 100,000 on it but in perfect shape.

 

I was told it doesnt work at all, mounts are all different and the sensors and ---- dont match up

 

Hmm, i posted the question up on D-series and Bone got back to me sayin that it works fine. Can anyone else clarify?

 

I don't think I've ever even seen an automatic Honda tranny, but I would think that if you used the EG mounts and the EG sensors it would work fine since you can use the EK manual in an EG.
