I have a d15b2 converted to mpfi just wondering what would be a better turbo to use saab t3 42/48 or IHI rhb2 not sure of a/r?? This is the rest of the setup hf manifold w/ adapter, saab bov, saab smic, 310 or 440 injectors, vafc, lm-1 wideband and all of the rest of the lil stuff

Thats what i thought? but why not the rhb2, too tiny? what are they good to use on?

 

the ihi is ok for the d15, quick spooler but lacks power up top

 

Too small for a d15....WOW

 

the rhb5 is pretty much too small for any performance oriented application. the .42 .48 is still pretty small, but will suffice your needs just fine.

 

Ok i will have a d15b2 coverted to mpfi, hf manifold, t3 turbo 42/48, saab bov and smic, 440 injectors, vafc(I KNOW), at like 8 psi. I know you cant give me exact but what hp range will it PROBABLY be around i was thinking like 130-140/?

rhb2 would be more suited to large lawnmowers, ATV's, bikes.
Let's face it, the rhb3 is common to find on bobcats (skidsteer) turbo diesel powered things.

 

Yea ill have to try to turbo my 125 4 stroke dirt bike with it!!!! LOL
