I cut pipe till my head hurt today, never could get the four pipes to lay together good. I always either end up having a gap or not being able to fit hte last pipe in. Is there a certain angle that has to be used? I made a small jig to hold the pipes in my bandsaw so they would all be the same, and thought if I made the two cuts at 90 degrees it would work out....but that didn't work.
Could somebody fill me in onthe process to get this done.

i make em, and mine all fit, but i dont know what angle or what, i just line up the marks and rip it.
