What are the torque specs for B series flywheel and clutch?

What are the tq specs on teh b series flywheel and clutch? I'm replacing mine friday/saturday night and I need to know this info please.

ft/lbs correct? I hate all the in/lb bolts on the motor(mainly valve cover bolts..haha)

ive always put flywheels on just slamming them with the impact gun. clutch pressure plate just however tight the wrench'll get em.
