my car will not rev pass 4.5 but i raced anyways on street tires and a diesel redline and pulled a best 13.7 at 95 im happy but cant wate to fix my rev

no ---- huh? that seems a bit low for a 13.7 run considering most 95 mph traps = mid/low 14's with decent driving.
