Default I'm new to the site

I'm a new to the homemade turbo thing but i'm going to try it out. I got a ls motor in my civic and came across a t25 turbo cheap (free) from my cuz. My question is will it work with my setup I have (its stock for right now)? Thanks

Your "stock" motor will not handle any boost without the proper accessories. You will need more than just the turbo kit. The internals should be good for 10 psi with no problems if thats what your asking, but without fuel your motor will have a sad short life.

I know that I just can't bolt a turbo on and call it day. I just wanted to know if the T25 would work. This is just the first step in the project.
