Default Building Z6 HELP

I am currently raping my Z6 STOCk....... i have most all my turbo ----.. its a lil IHI .43/? i dunno it was free...My Z6 only has 130, 000 but she puffs good smoke lol.... This winter i hope to build her up, Rods Pistons and rings, I havnt ever dug into a Honda block before so i will see how this comes out.. lol... I wanted some advice on anything you guys wanna help with...What brand of rods is better for the buck and pistons... , ummmmmmm STuds? how much boost do i run until i need to upgrade studs or sleeves..... Im looking for a high 200? ----... if a built Z6 can get close to 300hp.. HELP... I know im a ------- idiot but any help will ......HELP.. thanx....Jordan

CP pistons .020 over
ARP headstuds
intake manifold of your choice
Hondata S300
RC 750 injectors
walbro 255 fuel pump
ACT XTSS clutch
JRC intercooler
2.5" piping
3" KTeller exhaust
ZEX cam, if have extra money
GReddy Type-RS BOV
GReddy boost controler
PLX wideband
Fluidyne radiator
... 20 psi of boost, tuned by Jeff, evans-tuning.com

350 WHP total.

Thats ------- sick.. i was being told i would be able to go 20 pounds.. but i was like Hmmmmmm 20 ? whats a daily POUNDAGE lol.. you run? and who built her?.... ---- that would be SICK....... bet she puts u in ur seat damn good

350 WHP total.
the gt28r is only efficient up to about 300 whp if remember correctly. try a 50 trim t3/to4 .48 a/r quick spool and will give you more than enough room to work with... up to like 400 whp if you want to go that high. this is the turbo i plan to use on my built d.

I'd try GT28RS or GT2871 before the t3/to4 for more power

eagle for rods
JE for psistons
sleeves can handle about 300whp if tuned right and u dont detonate
arp head studs
comp cams are great

and any 60 trim turbo should satisfy ur needs
look at my sig for what i did on my DSM 14b turbo

Well wtf... how much or how hard are some Block guards or something to Strenghthen the Cylinders? this is gonna be some home garage build up though haha... or how about Fill the block ?? any PERSONAL experiance?

If you have tons of money to blow, then those things are nice. But if this is gonna be a home built on-the-cheap project, then I'd say look into the tuner toys rods, and probably cp or arias pistons. Definately get head studs, those are pretty much a must for higher psi's. As far as block guards go, check in the N/A section on here for the block filling sticky...tons of good stuff on filling a block to make it just as strong as a guard for much much less. Biggest thing would also be to have your block machined and bored, and might as well get your crank micropolished while you're at it. And .20 over on a honda block might be pushing it...those walls are thin enough as is.
