The one on the left looks like the turbo flange is really thin, is it 3/8"?

Hey, when you make a log mani, do you need the part that goes inbetween the T's and the flange? If so, where do you get them/how do you make one?

You dont need it, you can cut into the t's and weld the flange in there, but then you have to either thread or stud the flange. My suggestion is to thread it, but do it before the flange is welded on the turbo. The other piece is just 2x3 rectangular tubing, but it needs to be modified a bit.
