stuck idle

Default stuck idle

alright, im going to explain the best way i can without getting to complicated, when im driving lets say in third and im at 3 grand and then i depress the clutch it would still be at 3 for like ten seconds if not longer and still it would drop to like 2 grand and stay there it wouldnt drop all the way!

when it happens put your toes UNDER the pedal and pull up slightly. do not be to hard as u dont want to break anything, but try it and see if it comes down.

if it does work does that mean i have to keep on doing that all the time or is there a way i can fix it? i really want to fix it beacuse it makes me look like a cant drive when im at a light or behind a car and its stuck.

Just get a sign that says "I can't drive for ----" and put it on the back of your car.

Problem solved.

Seriously, figure out what the problem is, then we can talk about how to fix it. Comprende?

adjust and/or replace throttle cable.

That was happening with mine. i just ended up cleaning the TB out. There was a bunch of build-up keeping it from closing tight when I just let off the throttle normally. Cleared everything up.
