Default SRS LIGHT ON... HOW DO I FIX??? AND OTHER PROBLEMS...

*hey guys i got a 99-00 EK cx that i needs b to fixed, the SRS light turns on and wont turn off. I hear u can turn it off manually with some wires or somethin. can someone tell me how to do this.
*I checked the ecu codes for my check engine light and it gave me:

code 1: o2a sensor #1
code 2: o2b sensor #2
code 41: Primary O2 sensor heater
code 65: secondary o2 sensor

*Should i just change both O2 sensors?? I already reseted the ecu, nothing

*also the entire dash lights dont work, the gauges and the climate control lights... do i really have to get under the freakin thing to find out wat wrong, or should i just look near the fuse box??
* oh yeah also the light everywhere flicker or dim in and out very lightly.. im guessin i need new alternator?
