Default mini me question

will a d15b7 dizzy work on a d16y8 head? like if i did that in a 95 civic. since the dizzy is obd1 would it work? or not becuz the head is vtec?

i don't think it does. i did a mini me y8 head a6 block. i am using the a6 obd0 distributor.

dude jus try it? people use b16 dizzy's on LS motors, put it on, set the timing n try it, if it dont work then get a different one.

yea it should work because i have used a b2 dist. on a y8 before. the b2, b7 ,a nd the y8 have the same bolt pattern.
