Default low idle after boost

i now have 1500miles on the fresh rebuild
150psi compression across the cylinders (vx pistons/z6=8.5 compression)
Crome+DSM 450ccs tuned by me idles good at 13-14 A/F under normal driving.
2.5 bar map sensor

The problem:
If i boost heavily, also usually going into vtec, then when i come to a stop i get a really shitty idle. It chuggs, and sounds like its missing, and wanting to die... it will usually do this for 20-30 seconds or so then magically clear up and idle fine. during this chugging the wideband shows normal a/f, 13-14.5 a/f.

under normal driving or short bursts of boost it drives normal. ive replaced cap, 2month old rotor, wires, swapped ICM and coil. I'm really puzzled...

the only 2 things i can think of are the zex cam where i have the lash set at 6 & 8, and causing wierd idle for some weird reason... although i can't seem to find anyone else that is having any problems like mine.

and the second, poor solder joint on my resistor box wires, which i have already tried going through with my under powered Radio Shack soldering iron.

any suggestions i may be overlooking

hmmm... i wasn't aware that the BOV could cause such a thing. How could it go bad? I am running a DSM BOV and boosting 13-15psi. The BOV seems to be blowing off just fine though. What else can i check?

highroller,
i hope thats all it is man... its really getting on my nerves. it's just that i'm so ------- busy its hard to make time to do the valve adjustment in the mornings when the motors cold. i might just wake up extra early tomorow and try to knock it out before i head to school. i'll let'cha know...

I dont know for sure but it sounds like its going to be something stupid and small like that, try it let us know I just did a sbc at work and one valve was a hair tight from the rebiuld shop and it would drop one cyl when good and hot.

Is you TPS setup right. I used to have something similar to this but mine was happening all the time and not hanging around for quite that long.

Turns out I didn't setup my tps properly, and the ECU wa seeing some messed up values.

i havn't touched the TPS... but i woke up at 6am this morning just so i could adjust the valve before i headed out to school... and so far everything is idling good... and It could just be my imagination but i think it spools up a tad quicker too. The valve train is quite a bit noisier but i guess thats expected with the Zex cam. Thanks for the help guys.
