Where can I get Wastegate flanges without the nut holes?

I need a wastegate flange without the two nut holes drilled, but still having the big 35mm/38mm hole drilled.
Can any sponsors do it here?

Talk to James at BMC. His Dad Sam should be able to take care of that for you with relative ease.

My holes on my manifold is a bit off from the standard flange.

, I'm going to line it up and drill it myself.

Can`t u use a stanadra flange and drill from there?
