low fuel problem

Default low fuel problem

sup guys well its seems that when i get a little bit below 1/4 tank the car starts cutting out... anything above that its fine... i installed a walbro fuel pump and i think i installed it the same way ... did anyone else have this problem before...

maybe ur gauge is fucked up or ur fuel pump is sitting to high... fix it.

improperly installed walbro........

My civic, I've ran it low enough that I put 11.7 gallons in a 11.9 tank, never any sputtering.

what could be installed wrong? i put the new rubber mount in w/ it... the only thing i did i can think of is re-used the factory sock...

lol normal to who? ive run walbros in both my turbo cars and i ran them down to the point of running out of gas entirely ( as in waay past the empty mark) and up until that they always ran fine. Make sure your pump is all the way down on the mount and you didnt bend it
I could swore I've read about it getting louder or not getting enough fuel below 1/4 tank. That heresay (or however the ---- it's spelled) though. Saying such and such say, etc. is gay as ---- ( after reading this post and thinking about it). This is my last heresay post.

mine does sing a little louder, but doesn't run out at 1/4 tank mark

Less gas to dampen the sound = more noise you hear.
