Finishing up a Rubicon Express 5.25" longarm kit on an '04 Rubicon today, and as we were removing the T-case yoke for the RE replacement I burned myself.

we were using a slide style dent puller with a bolt welded on the end to pull it off, and I went to catch the yoke as it was coming off and the freshly welded bolt landed right in the pit of my hand between thumb and pointer....ouch.

I can relate,when I was younger like 8-9yrs me and my brother had a go-kart. I was riding down the road when the clutch came off in the middle of the road. At the same time a car was coming and I thought that if it ran over the clutch it would get hurt so I grabbed it to throw it off the road and it burnt the ---- out of my hand my whole palm and 4 of my fingers looked just like that spot on your hand.

 

You ----- it dosent even look that bad :P

 

Toothpaste.....sooths the burn...always works for me...

 

Man that sucks. I was welding some ATV racks for my cousin, and during the process the rack fell off the table and instinctively, I tried to stop it from falling and well needless to say, ended up swearing like a true HMT technician

 

I love the jeep rubicon.

 

I would rather cut off my arm then get a burn, I can take a betting like a drunk indian but hate burns
