anybody on the NC coast having to deal with this ----? i'm in jacksonville and the hurricane's just been sitting there pounding us all day, it's barely moving at all, usually they come and go within about 5 hours or so, but this things just sitting. we've been dealing with the front side of the storm for about 7 or 8 hours, so that means once the eye passes we'll get the backside of the storm for just as long, so we're looking at about 15 hours of straight hurricane :P i'm bored as ---- sitting in the house all day, but at least i got the day off and we still have power and water check out the weather channel and see where jacksonville nc is and you'll see what i'm talking about.
