Solid CEL P28 convert.
I am selling the last P06 converted to a P28 that I have. THis ECu throws a solid CEL. I'm not really sure why. I tried a new chip but still is a solid CEL. If someone wants it to fix it throw me some offers. I have a complete chip kit and VTEC conversion done already. May be some solder clean up or something.
