For a 92+ CIVIC: I typically see people trash there PS fr this swap. The ECU wont work unless oyu wither have a conversion harness and have everything right in the harness itsself ( i have heard that the H22 is a pain in the *** to get all the sensors correct).

For an accord: I htink hte ECU plugs in correctly and the motor drops in fine. the axels should work too.

 

how about for a 93 prelude S? sorry I didn't say what car it was.

he has a non vtec ecu, are you sure the vtec motor will plug right in? (the type s is non vtec)

 

you will have to wire the VTEC stuff to it and if its OBD 1 you will need a conversion harness to make it all work right. Frogot about OBD stuff sorry

 

if he gets an h22 from the same year range (92-96) will he still need the conversion harness?

 

no, he will just have to wire the VTEC i do belive
