turbo isnt spooling up
was running my setup its t25 on D16A sohc vtec was fine...untill i was practicing at wat rpm to launch at... did one bad *** launch and after that the turbo didnt spool any more....need help

Might have blew a charge pipe. Check all the couplers, piping, your pre-turbo exhaust for leaks, etc.
