are they any good or jus ---- like the rest of there products?or y8 or z6 manifold

 

u have to fab it in order to get it running.. It requires some work, its not plug and play.

 

dont believe they have location for IACV, and since IACV on z6's is on the manifold, thats homogay.

 

It'd be nice to see how the inside of the plenum looked liked. I'd ---- my pants if they had air horns on the inside but more likely it's just a a sheet metal plenum welded onto of some AL tubing runners and nothing fancy since this is OBX. I thought I heard they come super close to the firewall or the brake MC. I wouldn't mind picking one up for the d15 in the hatch since that just doesn't get much love but I got a Blox intake manifold for the LS in the 4dr. Too bad Blox doesn't make ---- for sohc's.

 

My friend was swapping an h22 into a prelude for this kid who didnt know to much about cars and purchased an obx intake mani.... my friend told me to come there one day to take a look at this ---- when i looked inside the intake manifold to the runners i just started laughing. The runners were unevenly (some pushed further into the manfiodl more then others) shittly welded in there making it look like it would flow ten times worse then a stock manifold.... there were no smooth edes or anything just 4 pipes welded into a a shiny oval, looks decent from the outside though.... in another words i would never buy or suggest to buy one....

 

they work really well for home made ITB setups where you just chop the plenum off and clamp the tb's to the runners.
