Default Need 1 door lock cylinder, what are my options?

Its a 92 Civic CX. My passenger door does not have the lock cylinder anymore.
What can I do to replace it?
I have a key that opens everything else, can i get a cylinder to match the key or am i gonna have to replace all the locks instead?

put a cylinder in there that doesnt match your keys then go to circuit city they used to sell keyless entry units(not sure if they still do) for like 50-75 bucks easy to install too
