Zdyne for OBD0 and Hondata for OBD1. According to Zdyne's website they don't support OBD1 yet so I guess between those two stand alone systems you would have to go with Hondata. Hondata and Zdyne both work really well, but cost a lot of money. That's the bad part about most stand alone systems is that they cost a lot of money.
There are other cheaper options you could look into though. If your really into tuning and doing things yourself you might want to think about chipping your own ECU. check out ghettodyne.com if you have OBD0, I know of one person on here already using this program and if you have OBD1 you might want to check this link out...

I am not sure if anybody here is using this for fuel management though. I just started doing research on ECU chipping myself so I am not too sure on all the specifics yet, but there are other people on this site that could help ya out with that. Keep reading the fuel management forum and do lots of research. I was also thinking about hondata, but I am a cheap bastard so I would rather wait and learn how to do everything myself instead of dropping a grand or more for fuel management. Plus it would be cool to tell people you chipped your own ECU for boost.

alright, so i have obd-0 now but d16z6 is obd1, now do i convert to obd-1 and get the hondata or keep obd-o and get zdyne. i owuld rather run obd1 i think. i dont think i am up for chipping my own ecu, baby steps for me...baby steps...
I am not really sure what would be better, but this link should give you an idea of your options.

I have the Uberchips boost tuner, it is a quality product.
My free Hondata should be making it's way back to me in a few days, too. Another quality product (aside from POS xtronic's pocket -----) if somewhat overpriced.
