i know it depends on temperatures, but lets say it sat in my car for about a month and some days it would go to about 90 degrees, you think this gas is old?

Buddy has a b18a1 teg that hasn't started since 2002. Started, idle, and ran normally yesterday. Same gas from '02.

I started and drove a Chrylser Conquest TSi that had 5 year old gas in it. Although the car was stored in a constant 70 degree environment, its still 5 year old gas, I'd say you're all right

"The car starts up" doesn't mean the gas is any good.
What will happen first is that the gas will go down in octane.
You should be fine with one month, but I'd be worried about driving hard on gas that has been sitting in the tank on your car for more than 3 months without a stabilizer.

I usually go with 6 months as a cut-off for cars.

Small engines are different than cars.
