Im rebuilding my turbo and when i goto tighten the compress or whell to the turbine it will get tight and not want to spin..the exhaust one gets snug on the heat shroud....it is a t3/t4 hybrid....ne suggestions what goin wrong?

are you talking about the half moon turbine plates that secure the hot side to the center section? if so you have to hand tighten those first then tighten them in a cross pattern
