First times with the Galant at the 1/4 mile yesterday.

She wasn't doing to bad at all, the est pass of the day was:

1.756 60ft
8.403 @ 81.75mph 1/8th mile
13.112@105.78mph 1/4 mile

Best MPH was 106.33 for the day. Weighed the car on the way back home today. 3510lbs with me in it.

We have an incredible amount of pictures/video (1200 pics, around 3-4 hours of video) hopefully I can get some of it up soon

It is still on the stock clutch, block/head, etc... and is completely untuned, with no a/f control. Not too shabby for a big four door sedan.

Best trap of the day was 130MPH. yeah that isn't a typo. It looks stock, and is street legal.

 

yeah but there was also the asshat in the white hatch with gsr turbo runnign 18psi on a FMU and dsm 450's . still managed to pull off a 12.?? and was like "it's running like ----, i don't know why". all i could say was "cool, good luck". and walked away before i crapped myself or smacked him

Was he also running the hack? I remembr reading somewhere on honda-tech people have ran an AFC, FMU, and bigger injectors. Still though, 18psi with an FMU, his fuel pressure must be through the roof. I wonder how his motor isn't blown lol. I would have at least talked with him for a while about his setup to see what he had to say.

the white hatch ran 11.88 that was the best i seen it run

 

the white hatch belongs to justin, thats an ls/vtec, not a gs-r. he also sports the ss auto reweld, and has a best in the 11.5's plus its got a cracked sleeve or something it pushes coolant

the red crx is TJ, is an HX d16y5 with rods/pistons, and a best of like 11.7 on about 22psi last i saw (**** tuned ) he called me this weekend, he must've been calling from the track and wanted some changes made.

TJ's CRX was nasty as can be. High 11's all night. Best trap in the 130's on a friggen evo3 16g.

Lucas didn't have his Talon out, he took the wifes Galant VR4 and ran 11.9's all night.
