800-1000 dollars for the labor/parts. Golden eagle is the cheapest. Pretty much indestrutible with a good tune and proper internals

JG Engine Dynamics will do it for $600 including the sleeves. I'm not sure of the quality of their work though so you may want to askaround.

I've heard good and bad things about them. The price I mentioned doesn't include boring and honing which is another $150.

I found another place for $900 that included boring/honing...I think it was exospeed but can't remember.

i've heard of numerous people having problems with sleeves sinking with jg's block work. their head work may be ok, but i would never trust them with a block. exospeed has done a few shady things as well and has many unsatisfied customers. the only places i would send a block would rlz, erl, or directly to golden eagle. it may cost a little extra, but paying 200-300 more is better than throwing 600 out the window completely :P

Lots of the sinking sleeves was from almost all companies a couple years back. 2 of my buddies had rs ones drop and a golden eagle block but I think most companies finally have it down
