It took 3 days under the HOT sun. But finally took the crankshaft out. Only 2 main bearings are bad. The 2 bearings literally melted but the rest looks fine. The thing is that i already bought the complete set of ACL bearings including the main/rod bearings. Should i go ahead and change all the bearings since everything out. Or should i just leaving the OEM bearings there and only change the 2 mains bearings? And Yes I know I am going to plastiguage them.

Also what i wanted to know is that should i micropolish the whole crankshaft or should i just micropolish the 2 journals that is bad? And just leave the rest?

 

you allready have it torn apart might as well do them all

 

i agree. no point in leaving in old bearings if u have a complete, new set
