as far as i know trhe methods are...

take the whole nipple off, cut off half the nipple and slide it in, cut a slit under the tittie. cus a trap door under the tittie that runs under the tit to the nipple, cut a shole in the armpit, ot cut a hole in the belly button. or cut a cole at the bottom of the tit.
