You can tell most of em are from canada cause all of em are sayin "eh"

all of the bait car videos are from vancouver and surrounding area. they have a huge setup going. quite clever the way they do it.

I also hear they're very tough on them. then again, it's canada.

 

if you are under 18... you're first offensive will most likely be thrown out.... its pretty sweet. everyone i know ***** ---- up till they get busted... then they do their 10 hours of CS and go straight. I did it.

 

yep all from vancouver, cops are also using: bike, watercraft, atv's etc.

well hell the city near me has the highest car theft rate in any english speaking country.

go figure!

 

That is just sad. Spenser you are a ----. I hate kids under 18 that just raise hell b/c they don't think they will get busted.

I love judges though that use their discretion and treat it as an adult crime.
